FAQs

  • Meditation can benefit everyone, but different people do better with different techniques.

By personalising meditations and through your feedback, we discover together what works for you.

  • Over time, yes. But meditation is not a quick fix for years of an uncontrolled mind. Meditation requires patience, determination and compassion towards oneself.

With practice, we can become a centaurus, with our human side dominating our animal side. Our minds and bodies are vehicles, so we should become skilled conductors.

  • When you book a free chat, you receive a form, in which you answer some questions about yourself and your life. We then chat, and I attempt to understand your troubles and sets of beliefs.

I choose practices that can help you with your current situation, at your level, to aid with your aims. Together, we work to uncover patterns, explore and undo rigid beliefs.

Daily, weekly, monthly or an one-off: here, the choice is yours.

  • In preparation for a psychedelic trip, I offer support to those who would like to know what to expect, and assist in building an ideal mindset for the journey.
